Resident Client Services

Launch Pad FT will provide office space and or shop space to Resident Clients. The program fee for space will include all utilities, maintenance, and janitorial services. Common areas will contain office equipment and administrative support, conference rooms, classrooms and a kitchen/break room area. Resident Clients will have access to the facilities on a 24/7 basis.

The program fee paid by a Resident Client covers certain business services. The planned services are:

  • All utilities for normal office use
  • Janitorial services
  • Connection for a client supplied telephone, one line per office
  • Copier usage up to 100 pages per month black and 50 pages per month color
  • Facsimile transmissions up to 50 per month
  • Telephone answering services
  • Electronic resource library
  • Scheduled use of conference rooms and classroom
  • Reception area and receptionist
  • Access to group purchasing programs for equipment and services
  • Office furniture for one or two client personnel per office or shop area
  • High speed wireless internet availability
  • Full mailing address with USPS shipping/receiving
  • UPS and Fed X pickup and delivery
  • Other administrative services such as typing, copying, filing and general secretarial services are available at a published hourly rate.
